Designed with particular care for solo female travellers and families, so your nervous system can rest and the depth of South India can truly land.

A note from your host

Why This Journey Exists

Taking people to India has been a dream of mine for a very long time. India is the place I was born, and sharing its culture — in a truly intentional and meaningful way — brings me enormous joy. There is something irreplaceable about travelling through a place with people you care about. It deepens friendships, opens perspectives, and creates the kind of memories that stay with you for life.

I also believe group travel is one of the very best ways to experience a country. There is safety in numbers, warmth in shared discovery, and a particular magic that emerges when a group of open-hearted people move through the world together.

Something else has stayed with me over the years — the stories I have heard from female friends about travel in India. Feeling unsafe. Unwanted attention. Experiences that left their nervous system on high alert rather than at rest. This is all too common, and it is one I want to change.

This journey has been designed so that your nervous system can relax. You will always be within a known, trusted group. Every detail of accommodation, transport and logistics has been chosen with your comfort and safety in mind. You are held from the moment you arrive.

And within that safety, something else becomes possible. The deep spirituality and breathtaking culture of South India has the power to be genuinely life-changing. This is not just a holiday. It is a journey inward, held in the beauty of one of the most extraordinary places on earth.

Sacred South India during Navaratri

A small-group cultural and spiritual journey through Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

This journey has been carefully planned to give you a genuine, immersive experience of South India — one that goes well beyond the standard tourist trail. We travel during Navaratri, the nine sacred nights of goddess worship, meaning the temples, towns and people we encounter will be alive with ceremony and devotion.

We travel as a group of twelve in a private air-conditioned van. Every accommodation has been selected for comfort, character and safety, with particular care for solo female travellers and families — you will always be within a known, trusted group.

Group breathwork, yoga and meditation are offered each day as an optional practice — a way to arrive in the body, integrate what you are experiencing, and deepen your connection to yourself and the group. You are warmly invited, never required.
